1. Who we are

The lootbazar.net website is operated by LootBazar. You can write to us at [email protected].

LootBazar is not affiliated with Gameforge. Metin2 is a Gameforge trademark.

2. What LootBazar does

LootBazar is a listings platform. Players publish Metin2 items they own, with their server, refinement and bonuses, and other players find them by this data.

The seller is the player who published the listing, not LootBazar. We do not own items, we do not set prices and we do not review every listing before it appears.

For now, no payments happen on LootBazar. Buying through the platform will open later, with updated terms that we will show you before you use it.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16; you confirm it when you accept these terms.
• You sign in with your Discord account. Your LootBazar account is personal: do not lend it or sell it.
• You are responsible for what is published from your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time, at [email protected].

4. What you can list

You only list Metin2 items that are in your inventory, on the server chosen in the listing. The data must match the item in the game: the item, its refinement and every bonus with its value. Screenshots must be real captures of your item.

5. What is not allowed

• yang or any other in-game currency, including listings that hide a yang sale (for example, a worthless item at a high price);
• game accounts, services (for example, levelling) or anything other than items;
• items you do not own, or false data about them;
• screenshots that are not of your item;
• illegal or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• scams, spam, or using the platform through automated programs.

6. The game and Gameforge’s rules

The Metin2 terms set by Gameforge may restrict trading in-game items for real money. Following them is your responsibility. Gameforge may act on game accounts; LootBazar has no control over such actions and is not liable for them.

7. Reporting a listing

If a listing breaks the law or these terms, tell us: write to [email protected] with the link to the listing and the reason. We review every report and reply.

8. What we can do

We may remove listings that break these terms and suspend or close accounts that break them seriously or repeatedly.

When we remove a listing or suspend an account, we tell you why. You can contest the decision at [email protected].

9. Liability

We provide the platform as it is. We do not guarantee that an item in a listing exists or has exactly the declared characteristics: the seller who published the listing is responsible for that. We are not liable for arrangements made outside LootBazar.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

10. Changes

When we change these terms, we publish the new version here, with its date, and ask you to accept it before you use your account again.

11. Governing law

Romanian law applies. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably, at [email protected]; otherwise, it is settled by the competent courts in Romania, without limiting your rights as a consumer.
